We started in February of 2014 We are a smaller company but that is because we focus on helping the participant as much as we can. We don't try to take alot of extra clients to build our business, we take the time to ensure that each client is properly cared for before adding any new clients.

The Director of Operations, Lisa McDonald has been in this type of service for over 10 years. She enjoys and looks forward to finding new ways to help people. Over the years she has learned something new from each of her clients, which is why she is the caring person she is.

The Office Manager, Bradley Nivens has worked as Office manager in different industries for over 15 years. He has only been in this industry for about a year but he has a very different outlook on things because is a single dad of 2 little boys with Autism. So he is also a client. He knows and understands how important it is to have the right worker in each clients house and to have them there at the perfect times.
